Local Home Delivery

*** Update: Due to the closing of the Johns Island Farmers Market this month, we are offering FREE Home Delivery in ALL of the zip codes below plus Johns Island (29455 minus Kiawah Island and Seabrook Island). Order before Friday night at 6 PM to have your order delivered to your front door on Saturday. Also, we have updated shipping via Fed-Ex below at our discounted cost to include Kiawah, Seabrook, Hilton Head, etc...

Local home delivery is available in the following zip codes for a $10 delivery charge on Thursdays with no order minimum nor size requirement. Order before Wednesday night at 10 PM to have your order delivered to your front door on Thursday. Simply select the home delivery option at check out if you would like delivery in zip codes 29403, 29405, 29406, 29407, 29410, 29412, 29418, 29420, 29445, 29456, 29464, 29466, 29483, 29485, 29486, & 29492

 

Shipping via Fed-Ex to the Lower 48 States

Orders will be shipped out via Fed-Ex on the Tuesday following your order.

There is a minimum of $250 and 20 lbs of frozen goods for all orders shipped via FedEx. We require this in order to avoid the use of dry ice and its impact on the environment. If your order does not meet the minimum weight we will reach out to you directly to discuss some simple options.

All Fed-Ex shipping is now offered at our discounted cost and will be invoiced separately after your order is processed. $25 to $50 is a reasonable estimate, depending on your location.

 

Returns Policy

Frozen goods may be returned if the customer notifies us within 30 calendar days and as long as upon inspection it is apparent that the item has been kept frozen and not been defrosted, or defrosted and re-frozen. Eggs may NOT be returned. However a full credit will be given if anyone has any issue with quality. We stand behind our products 100%.

Refunds will only be processed after items have been inspected. No returns are available for shipped (Fed-Ex) orders delivered outside of South Carolina at this time. Refunds may be given in the form of credit towards purchases, refunded to your credit card when possible, or in cash if necessary.

Please Contact Us immediately if you would like to return an item. If you are ever dissatisfied with ANY item please let us know so that we have the opportunity to improve. We may also offer a new item gratis at our discretion.
